Your personal data
The data controller is MAGACIN ZAPADNOEVROPSKI, at the address above. We collect only what we need to show you prices, prepare your orders and answer your requests. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
- Members’ list
- Email, name, parish, phone and address of members, entered by the warehouse. Used to keep prices for members and to fill in their orders (legitimate interest). Kept while the person is a member.
- Orders
- Items, quantities and the details given in the form. Used to prepare and follow up the order (performance of a contract). Kept for 10 years, as accounting rules require.
- Price requests
- Email, name and, if you give them, parish, phone and note. Used to send you a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract). Deleted after 3 years if no order followed.
- IP address
- Recorded when an email is checked, a code is requested or prices are asked for, to stop abuse (legitimate interest). Deleted after 24 hours.
Who sees it
Only the warehouse staff. Our technical providers, Supabase (database, servers in Paris) and GitHub (site pages), process data on our behalf only. They are US companies: any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies, neither for advertising nor for audience measurement. It keeps in your browser only your list, the language you chose and, if you entered it, your email for showing prices. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and receive it in a readable format. Orders are deleted only once the period required by law has passed. Write to the warehouse at the registered office.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
